Life is one big messy,
beautiful, grandiose adventure

We’re impressionable little beings when we come into this world constantly cueing into what’s “acceptable” and what’s "not”, what it means to be successful, and how to fit in. We experience judgment from others toward parts of ourselves that we then lock away as being “unlikeable”.

At least that was me.

In an attempt to fit in and do what I thought was right, I locked away parts of myself that were “unlikeable” and kept forcing a version of myself… unaligned.

That was until I started spending time in nature and asking deeper questions.

It was there that I heard the whisper to go deeper, that there was another way, that I’d left some parts of myself behind that were seeking shelter.

I left an unhealthy relationship and started traveling solo. Every time I said yes to something scary another door opened. I challenged myself over and over again. At one point I even considered tattooing EXPERIENCE on my arm for the way I wanted to live my life.

All this to say, self-doubt and my inner critic were badgering me. I struggled to look back on what I had accomplished and give myself credit.

There was more work to do.

It didn’t matter how far I traveled, the certifications and degrees I acquired, or how far I could ride my bike, there was an ache inside me. I had to see how powerful and radiant I was for myself. Hearing it from others wasn’t enough since I downplayed every credit given. So, I worked with therapists, coaches, plant medicine, astrology, tarot, and my journal to discover the parts I’d left in the shadow and bring them into the light.

I studied and trained with yogis weaving movement, philosophy, and mythology into my life. I got a degree in Integrative Health Care where I deepened my understanding of the mind, body, and spirit. I’m trained to be a birth doula, and I’ve held the hands of some amazing people who have brought life earth-side. I spent a year abroad in the French Alpes and Switzerland where I tended the land and explored the great outdoors. My life has been driven by my passion for personal growth and connection to this earth and my body.

I’ve discovered that there is not one right way to the journey back to Self, the truest version of you, but rather many.

Self-discovery is a pilgrimage that we can’t do alone, nor should we. We are mirrors for one another and I’m deeply grateful for the many people, places, and animals who have stood in as a mirror for me.

I understand the power of being seen and of being held for all the ways in which we are including the ones deemed “unlikeable”.

I am transformed thanks to those moments in my life and I hope to do the same for you.

All of your parts are beyond likable and your Self is calling you to come home. I will be your guide as you lay the path in front of you.

You’re feeling the call.

Dive deep and discover.
